Monhegan Island Dock - #135 - Original Watercolor Painting

Monhegan Island, lying just off the coast of Maine, allows no cars and has no paved roads. It has the reputation of being a painter's paradise. This is the first Monhegan Island painting I've done, and instead of painting the cottages, I've painted the dock - the views of the sea are beautiful all over the island, and I seem more drawn to the seashore than to the inland island landsdape.

If you'd like to purchase this 5.5" x 15" original watercolor painting for $100 including shipping within the United States, you can do it securely on my website www.weeklywatercolor.com.  There are additional paintings for sale there, and my larger paintings are available on my other website www.jimoberst.com.  Or you can contact me directly at jim@jimoberst.com.
