Here's a slideshow that shows how I fixed some major problems in a watercolor painting. If you use this technique on your own paintings, make sure you only use Mr. Clean Original Magic Eraser - the other types contain chemicals that may harm your painting. Of course, this technique is even better for small corrections.
I have been creating watercolor paintings for over ten years, and extensive information about me and my art activities including exhibits, awards, demonstrations, and watercolor workshops I teach is available on my website Watercolors by Jim Oberst at www.jimoberst.com.
Since January 2010 I have been painting a small watercolor each week and posting it on my Weekly Watercolor Blog and my website at www.weeklywatercolor.com. Each painting is available for $100. My larger paintings are displayed and sold on my website www.jimoberst.com.
